All content on this Site, including the 5STAR GENERAL name and logo, artist photos, release artwork, and written content, is owned by 5STAR GENERAL Records or its artists and licensors, unless otherwise noted. The Site links out to third-party platforms (Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and our distributor Nile Music) for streaming and community purposes. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
5. Music and streaming
Music referenced or embedded on this Site is made available through Spotify and other streaming platforms under their own terms. Streaming playback is subject to those platforms' terms of service, not ours.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
